*Note: Level 1 & 2 does offer some blunt force trauma protection but its main function is for stab protection. We recommend level 3 if you want maximum Stab & blunt force trauma protection.
NOTE: We do not recommend level 3 for covert vest if you are wearing for more than 2 hours, or need full flexibility. Level 3 is good for cell extractions, mental health facility response teams, short term assignments. For general security related work level 1 is suffice to stop knives, scissors, needlestick, glass, spikes, shivs, slashing, up to 24 joules of force.

Level 3 protection is not recommended for general security related duties. Please choose carefully as we do not exchange if you choose the incorrect protection panels. Exchange panels can be supplied at extra cost, please contact us for pricing.

With our innovative stab-proof pullover hoodie you are well equipped especially in the cold season. It looks like a normal hoodie, so that you are able to blend into almost any environment. But inside the vest you will find our proven stab-proof material, which protects you all around. The very large safety area covers almost the entire upper body. In addition to the upper body protection, flexible protective elements are also available as an option and are located in the arms so that you can defend against knife attacks unharmed. As with our vests range, the stab-protection hoodie is characterised by a very high wearing comfort. We achieve this by the low weight of approx.1.8kg (level 1) in combination with a protected area of over 0.32 to 0.38 m². Furthermore, the wearing comfort is significantly increased by the high flexibility of the stab-proof material. This means that the hoodie can be worn permanently without any restrictions – regardless of whether you are seated or highly active.
DESCRIPTION
Our stab-protection hoodie is ideal for enjoying inconspicuous all-round protection in the cold season. Thanks to the patent pending process, we have succeeded in covering all areas of the upper body. The stomach and back area are protected down to the waist - a protection that even high-quality vests cannot offer. Even the zipper is extra protected.
Although the hoodie has a large protection area, it only weighs 1.8 to 3kg depending on your size and protection level chosen and is therefore always comfortable to wear.
The protection panels can be removed so that it can be cleaned easily.
The technology used to manufacture our stab protection vests and other stab-proof clothing is innovative and unique in the world. After years of intensive research, we have succeeded in producing a textile composite that is safe, light and flexible at the same time. Our stab-proof hoodie, for example, only weighs around 1.7 kg. (level 1) The protective layer consists of a high-strength aramid fabric on which a special plastic is inseparably applied.
Thanks to the high-strength fibers and the energy-absorbing plastic, the specific properties of this composite are even higher than those of stainless steel plates. The weight is around 4.5 times less than that of a comparably thick stainless steel plate. To ensure flexibility and breath ability, we have taken the armadillo as a model. As with this armoured mammal, we use an overlapping scale structure. Unlike other providers, however, our sheets are arranged in such a way that it is not possible to push them apart. This enables us to achieve a high level of security in combination with the highest degree of flexibility.
Note: We don't recommend level 3 for sleeves for general security levels, as may be a little restrictive to arm movement.
