The PROTECTOR Stab Protection Vest is utilised by multiple public safety and law enforcement organisations worldwide. We have developed a product that is highly comfortable to wear; with its light 1.4 kg (level 1) weight and generous coverage range of 0.25 to 0.45 m², it outperforms other vests that offer only 0.1 to 0.2 m². Additionally, the flexibility of the stab-proof material allows users to remain unrestricted during any activity, whether dynamic or stationary.

You can sit down wearing our vest, but try sitting down with the non flexible options offered by other manufacturers! Some of our competitors vest are made for U.K. conditions and our Australian climate has not been taken into consideration. Our material is lightweight, flexible and has a patented design that allows air to enter and heat to escape from the material easier. This is a patented design not offered by any other stab protection company in the world!

*Note: Level 1 & 2 does offer some blunt force trauma protection but its main function is for stab protection. We recommend level 3 if you want maximum Stab & blunt force trauma protection. Our level III single direction flexibility patented stab material is also specially designed for the prevention of blunt force trauma & stab protection, unlike some manufacturers in the market today that use a non flexible plate design that affords very little flexibility for bending, or side flexion of the trunk, which becomes very uncomfortable in particular where task may involve twisting, bending or activities requiring side torsion flexibility, as well as affording little to no breath ability.
The outer fabric of the vest is very durable. This makes it particularly suited for law enforcement and also ideal for full outdoor use.
The technology used to make our stab protection vests and other stab-proof garments is innovative and unique throughout the world. After many years of intensive research, we have succeeded in manufacturing a textile composite that is safe, light and flexible at the same time. Our tactical stab-proof vest weigh only approx. 1.4 kg, (level 1) for example. The protective layer is made of a high-strength aramid fabric to which a special plastic is inseparably applied. The combination of high strength fibres and the energy absorbing plastic create a material of which its specific properties even exceed those of stainless steel plates.
The weight is approx. 4.5 times lower than that of a comparably thick stainless steel plate. We have taken the armadillo as a model to ensure flexibility and breath-ability. Just like this armoured mammal, we make use of an overlapping scaly structure. However, our scaly structure differs from that of other suppliers in that it is not possible to push it apart. This allows us to achieve a high degree of safety in combination with maximum flexibility.

Level 3 protection is not recommended for general security related duties. Please choose carefully as we do not exchange if you choose the incorrect protection panels. Exchange panels can be supplied at extra cost, please contact us for pricing.
Our stab protection clothing is not ballistic rated and is stab proof only. We do not sell bullet proof vest.
