IMPORTANT MEASURING INFORMATION:
Please use the measuring guide, vest are not sized the same as a normal shirt size.
Eg: A person that wears a size 4XL shirt often fits into the size 2XL stab vest and generally vest are 2 sizes lower than a normal shirt measurement. Always use the measuring guide before purchasing your vest.

Take measurements preferably with the clothes you expect to be wearing the majority of the time with the vest. Vest do have a +- allowance of a few cm in the waist & shoulder height adjustments.

Many competing products are designed for cooler climates and do not adequately account for Australia’s heat.
Our lightweight, breathable material incorporates a patented design that promotes airflow, allowing heat to dissipate more effectively. This exclusive technology enhances comfort without compromising protection.
Advanced Protective Technology
Developed through years of research, our stab-resistant material is a unique textile composite combining high-strength aramid fibres with an integrated energy-absorbing polymer layer. This construction delivers exceptional resistance while remaining significantly lighter than traditional metal-based solutions.

Inspired by the natural flexibility of an armadillo, the vest utilises an overlapping scale structure that enhances mobility while maintaining full protective integrity. Unlike similar designs, our structure cannot be separated or compromised under pressure.
Coverage & Wearability
The DEFENDER-3 offers a protected surface area of approximately 0.25–0.45 m², significantly greater than many alternative vests (typically 0.1–0.2 m²). Combined with its ergonomic design and low weight (approx. 2.1 kg depending on configuration), the vest provides outstanding comfort for both active and stationary use.
Protection Levels & Recommendations
We offer three levels of stab protection:
- Level 1 & Level 2: Suitable for general security work, protecting against knives, scissors, needles, glass, spikes, and similar threats (up to 24J and 40J).
- Level 3: Recommended for short-duration, high-risk situations such as cell extractions or mental health response teams.
Important:
Level 3 protection is not recommended for wear exceeding 2 hours or where maximum flexibility is required.
Optional Waterproof Panel Covers
Waterproof panel covers are available as an optional upgrade, particularly suited to healthcare environments where exposure to bodily fluids may occur. These covers are removable, easy to sanitise, and help maintain hygiene standards.
